Sloveca is a joint venture of Sasol Italy and
two Slovakian partners set-up in 1992.
The partners are: NChZ (Novacke Chemické
Závody) and Slovnaft Bratislava.
NChZ is critical to operations as it provides Sloveca
with various utility services. Slovnaft
Bratislava ensures the supply of Ethylene Oxide(EO),
a key feedstock for the production of Sloveca's
ethoxylates. Sloveca is a leading supplier
of nonionic surfactants in Central/Eastern Europe.
